We are delighted to announce our most recent installation of a dual chamber UHV sputtering and e-beam deposition system at the University of Cambridge, UK.
The Quantum Sensors Group (QS) is very happy with the performance of their new tool, which they are using to deposit superconducting films, with some of the 100 nm films grown having transition temperatures close to the reported bulk material values.
